Club Vistara is a recent, the fastest growing and the quickest rewarding frequent flyer programme and provide the fastest upgrading tier system.
Here is the guide about the enrollment process, tier structure, earning Club Vistara points by various promotional offers run by them and how to redeem them with redemption options.
Tier system
Club Vistara privileges and tiers are designed to offer their members the opportunity to fly more and earn more points with the tier system.
The higher is your tier, the more benefits you can avail.
Club Vistara offers four tiers:
- CV Base
- CV Silver
- CV Gold
- CV Platinum
As you upgrade your status, the privileges get upgraded and you enjoy the most luxurious and comfortable journeys.
A member starts their journey through CV Base tier before upgrading to the highest tier- CV Platinum.
There is a guaranteed reservation for members:
For platinum members, 24 hours before the departure, you can book an economic class seat in Vistara and for gold members, it is 48 hours before the departure.
Members get priority in the waiting list, additional baggage permissions, priority check in, upgrade vouchers, access to lounge, no extra fee on rescheduling etc.
You upgrade to the higher tier by earning tier points. Tier points cannot be redeemed and have a validity of 12 months.
CV points are used to redeem rewards, which are valid for 36 months.
Tier points required to upgrade to silver is 15000 or 20 flights can be undertaken, for gold is 25000 or 30 flights and for platinum is 35000 or 40 flights.

Earning CV Points
Points are earned as per the money you spend on the tickets. Every tier earns different points on different spending of the money.
The higher the value, the more CV Points you earn. It has got the most transparent and easy to understand Point system.
You always know how much you are going to earn and can redeem your rewards quickly.
When you fly with Vistara, just share your CV ID at the time of booking or check-in.
Points will be credited automatically to your CV account within 48 hours.
You can redeem the CV Points, which are valid till 36 months from the date of your journey.

Past/Retro Claim
Forgot to claim your previous flights point? Don’t worry with the Retro Claim, you can claim your points for the flights you have taken 180 days before.
- Log in to your CV account through www.airvistara.com
- Submit your flights details in the “Retro Claim Submission Form” page
- Earn CV Points on past Vistara flights
- You can file for Retro Claim 7 days after your flight and this option is available for 180 days.
Refer your Friends and Family (Referral Program)
Want to tell your friends and family about this amazing programme? Well, now you can tell them and also earn some CV points.
Refer upto 5 friends to Club Vistara and earn 200 CV Points for each referee who takes their first flight with Vistara.
You can earn upto 1000 CV Points by this referral programme.
Redeem
Once, you feel you have earned enough points. You can redeem CV Points for Award Flights. Whether you wish to go for a vacation on a Beach or visit any new metro city, Vistara got you covered with its next flight.
- Login into your account.
- Select ‘Club Vistara’ tab on the home page
- Click on ‘Book a flight’ and select Redeem tab
- Submit the required information on the ‘Redeem Award Flight’ page and proceed to book your Award Flight.
You can always call Customer care, if you wish to reschedule or cancel your flight.
