Joining and Annual Fees

Annual Fees for the First Year Rs.3500/- plus taxes and Second Year Rs.5000/- plus taxes.


There are no such eligibility criteria of Income to apply for this card. Other criteria are:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Have a savings or current account with any Indian or multinational bank
  • Either salaried or self-employed.
  • Have an annual income of Rs.6 lakh or above
  • Should have a good credit history
  • For self-employed, the firm should be in operation for more than 12 months

Rewards and Redemption

Earn 1 reward point on every Rs.50 spent with the card except on fuel, insurance, utility payments, and cash withdrawals.

The points can be redeemed for travel vouchers or from over 600 redemption options.

You can log on to Amex Membership Rewards to access your account and keep track of your Points.

For this card, Membership Rewards Points expire 3 years after the 12-month “enrollment period” in which they were earned.
